The processing is based, depending on the case, on: the consent of the data subject, the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, and the legitimate interest of the controller.
4. Retention
We retain the data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and, thereafter, duly blocked, for the applicable legal limitation periods:
Contact data / enquiries: until the enquiry is resolved and for a reasonable period afterwards.
User account and published content: while the account remains active; after cancellation, it is deleted unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.
Billing data (where applicable): for the applicable tax and commercial periods (up to 6 years).
Commercial consent: until the data subject revokes their consent.

We do not transfer data to third parties except where legally required. Services are provided as data processors, with the appropriate contractual guarantees, by our hosting provider (netcup GmbH, Alemania (UE)) and, where applicable, the analytics and advertising providers detailed in an up-to-date manner in the Cookie Policy.
6. Server location and international transfers
The servers where the Website is hosted are located in Alemania (UE). Where hosting takes place within the EEA / European Economic Area, the mere hosting of the data does not entail international transfers. However, some analytics and marketing providers (if active, as per the Cookie Policy) may process data on servers located outside the EEA / European Economic Area, mainly in the USA. Such transfers are covered by the guarantees provided for by the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679): Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and/or the provider's adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. 7. Your rights

If you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (www.aepd.es).

The Website is not directed at children under 14 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors of that age without the consent of the holders of parental authority or guardianship. If we detect processing of this kind, we will proceed to delete it.
