Shipping
We ship exclusively within the island of Tenerife using our own service, «IA transporte».
In-stock orders: For orders received before 11:00 a.m. on business days, we guarantee next-day delivery (24 hours).
Personalised or made-to-order products: Delivery takes place within 24 hours of production being completed.
Shipping cost: Flat €5 for all of Tenerife.
Free shipping: For orders of €100 or more.
We will keep you informed of the shipping status via email and WhatsApp.
Returns and Refunds
We offer returns in accordance with the applicable Consumer Protection Law.
Withdrawal period: 14 calendar days after receiving the product.
Conditions: Personalised products are non-refundable except in case of defect.
Return process: Contact us by email or WhatsApp with your order number to arrange the return.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer except in case of defects.
Warranty
1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, with free replacement or repair.
Withdrawal
If you purchased as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. You can exercise your right of withdrawal electronically from our withdrawal page, providing your order number and the email address you used for the purchase.
