Shipping

We ship exclusively on the island of Tenerife with our own service called “IA transport”.

• In-stock orders: For orders received before 11:00 a.m. on business days, we guarantee next-day delivery (24 hours).
• Custom or made-to-order products: Delivery is made within 24 hours after production is completed.
• Shipping cost: A flat rate of €5 for all of Tenerife.
• Free shipping: For orders of €100 or more.
• We will inform you of the shipping status via email and WhatsApp.

Returns and Refunds

We offer returns in accordance with the current Consumer Protection Law.

• Withdrawal period: 14 calendar days after receiving the product.
• Conditions: Custom products are non-refundable unless defective.
• Return process: Contact us by email or WhatsApp with your order number to manage the return.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in case of defects.

Warranty

1-year warranty for manufacturing defects, with replacement or repair at no cost.
