Shipping
We ship exclusively on the island of Tenerife with our own service called “IA transport”.- In-stock orders: For orders received before 11:00 a.m. on business days, we guarantee next-day delivery (24 hours).
- Custom or made-to-order products: Delivery is made within 24 hours after production is completed.
- Shipping cost: A flat rate of €5 for all of Tenerife.
- Free shipping: For orders of €100 or more.
- We will inform you of the shipping status via email and WhatsApp.
Returns and Refunds
We offer returns in accordance with the current Consumer Protection Law.- Withdrawal period: 14 calendar days after receiving the product.
- Conditions: Custom products are non-refundable unless defective.
- Return process: Contact us by email or WhatsApp with your order number to manage the return.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in case of defects.
